What is your venue capacity? 

We can seat up to 200 guests for a seated dinner inside our Ballroom. Our Columbia Room can seat up to 60 guests for a seated dinner.

Do you have Recommended Vendors?

Yes, we have an array of recommended vendors including photographers, florists, event planners, and bakeries to make your special day even more memorable.

Can we have our own Photographer, Florist, Bakery, or DJ?

Yes, you are more than welcome to choose your own photographer, florist, bakery, or DJ, however we need their certificate of insurance 30 days prior to your event.

Is Outside Catering Allowed?

Yes, however, we do encourage you to review our pricing. We have sampled each vendors food, and they are also familiar with our facility and our prep kitchen.

Is Outside Alcohol/Bartenders Allowed?

No, we require that you use our alcohol vendors. Clients cannot provide alcohol for any events.

Does Speakeasy on State require a Wedding Coordinator?

Yes, Wedding Coordinators are included in each wedding package.

Do Clients/Vendors Need “Day of Insurance?”

Yes, all clients, and vendors, are required to carry their own “Day Of” insurance for one million dollars. Insurance can be purchased through Wedsafe.com or eventsured.com.

Is Security necessary?

Yes, Security Service fee is already included in your Service Charge of the rental (SVC).

Are there Any Time Restrictions?

We require all events to end by 11 pm with a hard-out at 12 am.

How soon can my Vendors Arrive?

Vendors can arrive up to two hours prior to the start time of your 8-hour event rental. If you would like to add on additional hours for set-up, that is $250 an hour for setup.

How much time does my Vendor have to pack up?

At the end of your event, you will have an hour for teardown. Additional hours are$500 per hour
